Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. We ship our products from Lebanon to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location. Additional shipping fees may apply when shipping outside Lebanon and depending on the country of choice.

Customs

Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. Yook Online is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

Returns And Exchanges

You have 7 days from the day you receive your package to change your mind and return your purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
1. Send us an e-mail to customers@yookonline.com explaining the reason for your exchange. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number.

2. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received in their original packaging and condition. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.

3. Upon receipt of your products, we will refund your credit card or issue store credits within 30 days. For further information on returns and exchanges, send us an email.
